Building a relationship is a process of crafting.

I will teach you the communication skills to support this process.

Like making a work of art or building a structure, forming a relationship is a creative process. You are co-constructing a container, a vessel that will hold you both as you grow over time.

Each connection is distinct, made from an amalgam of your unique selves. The ability to design an intentional relationship comes from listening for each other's needs. It involves creating agreements that can hold these needs and adapting them to change with you as you grow.

Like all things we craft, a resilient love is made through tending, mending, and repair. It often involves a long conversation that unfolds over time. In our work together, you will gain the skills to have that conversation.

Testimonials

“Working with Nethra was supportive. She held space for my partner and I and made sure that each of us had space to speak and be heard. The safety that Nethra provided for us as a couple in crisis, allowed each one of us to speak of our deep and emotionally charged experiences of wanting to make things work and not being heard in the process. The deep level of empathy allowed each of us to express the feelings without fear of judgement or not being accepted. The experience was expressed and taken in as an experience that it was; no evaluations and no requirements to fit. After expressing our painful pressing emotions we were more able to see what we appreciate in one another and it gave us space to think about the solutions for our situation. Nethra was sensitive to our needs, helped us to take pauses and deep breaths and helped us to keep our eyes on the goal. She gave us the feeling that we are not alone dealing with our situation and that there is support and care available and ultimately providing hope for both of us.”

“I had a session with Nethra recently and wanted to say how well I felt afterwards. Nethra really knows her stuff and was able to guide me through some deep languishing emotional strains that I have been dealing with for a long time. I really felt like she genuinely cared and understood what I was going through. Not only was she professional and highly skilled, more than that, she knew exactly when I was not comfortable and struggling and was able to help me relax and remind me that I had room to breathe by guiding me back to a stable emotional state. I would highly recommend Nethra to anyone seeking emotional care, especially in relation to conflict resolutions. If I had the time and ability, I would definitely call upon her again because I know I would receive compassionate and expert care.”
