My Process
If you are growing a company that brings an ambitious vision to life, actualizing it requires you to move between your inner world from which it emerged and the social world you take it into. Ambitious dreams transform the parameters of what we think is possible. They challenge the status quo.
There is no script for bringing them about. Until you write it.
As your company grows and goes out into a social world shaped by values that diverge from your vision, it takes courage to stay anchored in yourself, especially when obstacles bring up fears, vulnerabilities, and self-doubt.
My coaching facilitates deep inner work that grounds you in your values so that you lead from a place of power that comes from clarity and congruence with yourself.
Program Details

In these hour-long sessions, we will do the heart of our work together. Sessions are held once a week. Depending on your needs, some sessions are used for inner work and others for building skills in communication, collaboration, and design thinking.

These 30-minute calls can be used between sessions to receive support as needed, for instance before an important decision or a difficult conversation.
